He is Adams State College graduate LA area and formerly VP human services at TOPA Thrift. He lobbies state lawmakers on workers compensation reform and will testify in September. Former SMHS water polo star competes on junior national team
Spencer Harris, a 1988 San Marino High School varsity star, is among 13 players on the U S Junior National team. The squad, a farm system for the Olympic team, competed in Narbonne France finishing fourth after close losses to medalists Yugoslavia USSR and West Germany. Harris eyes 1992 and 1996 Olympic chances after progressing to the National B team.
