Former San Marinan Surfers Near Fatal Auto Accident
Jeremy Ketelsen aged 37 son of Patricia and Paul Ketelsen of Sherwood Road suffered multiple injuries when his car skidded on wet pavement and ran off the road into a post and a telephone pole near Arcata. He has been released from hospital and faces at least a four month recovery at home. Ketelsen, a 1973 San Marino High School graduate, was on the water polo team under Coach Burt Kanner and later worked as a computer programmer for a building contractor. He was a former SMHS swimmer.
