Funeral services for Louis Warren Thompson of San Gabriel cemetery were held at the graveside after his death on August 5. He lived in California over 40 years and in San Marino ten years. He belonged to multiple groups including the First Presbyterian Church of Alhambra, Masonic Blue Lodge, Royal Arch Chapter, Knight Templar, Al Malaikah Shrine, Yale Club of Southern California, Electric Club of Los Angeles, and the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, and led an electrical material company. Surviving are his widow Hazel, a son Warren, two brothers Walter and Richmond, and two grandchildren.
