Old Mill of San Marino Seeks New Tenant
The historic Old Mill known as El Molino Viejo at 1120 Old Mill Road in San Marino is vacant and open for a new tenant. Built about 1810 by Fra Jose Maria de Zalvidea, it changed hands many times, once owned by Col E J C Kewen, later by E L Mayberry, then by Hon B D Wilson who planted a vineyard and used the mill for storage. Ownership passed to Henry E Huntington estate in 1903 and later to his niece Mrs James R Brem, who still owns it.
