Briant H. Wells Jr. of San Marino retires as president of the Title Insurance and Trust Company on Monday July 31 and will continue as a director. He is a West Point and University of California trained physician and civic leader.

Mary Louise Mitchell aged 25 of Wellesley Road died suddenly last Friday at South Laguna Hospital after a short illness during a Balboa Island vacation with her husband Duke N. and their young son Christopher. Funeral arrangements were made by Cabot and Son Mortuary and she was buried at Resurrection Cemetery.
