More than a thousand students from kindergarten to senior year participate in music theatre dance and visual arts at San Marino High School this Saturday April 30 from 5 30 to 8 30 p m. Four stages and the Claire Crowley Art Gallery feature performances with Neher Auditorium Webb Theatre two lobby stages and the main quad. The festival ends with a mass performance at 8 15 p m. Huntington Eyes Major Expansion of Entry and Visitor Center
Huntington Library plans a large expansion adding about 43 000 square feet of above ground space as part of a 26.8 acre redevelopment at 207 acre campus. The project includes a new Education and Visitor Center with a theater four classrooms and a tunnel to the Munger Research Center plus changes to parking and landscaping and possible zoning and permit adjustments by the San Marino City Council. A scoping meeting is set for May 2 at Crowell Public Library to review environmental impacts and permitting steps.

California Dreamin Exhibition Opens at Old Mill Gallery
The Granary Gallery hosts a plein air themed show titled California Dreamin as part of the California Art Club’s Painting the Golden State.
