OCTA Bus Service May Expand To Sports Park In San Clemente
OCTA considers extending Route 193 to serve the new sports park and Target in San Clemente. City Council will be asked to hire a contractor to build concrete bus stops at seven locations along the route, with new stops proposed on Avenida Pico La Pata and Vista Hermosa. Southbound Route 198 would shift stops around Walmart and the sports park, replacing an existing Vera Cruz stop. Ben Parker notes service could start in February if city confirms stop improvements by January 31.
