The Neighbors Helping Neighbors program at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints hosts a free Emergency Preparedness Expo on October 20 from 9 30 a m to 2 30 p m at 310 Avenida Vista Montaña San Clemente. Exhibits by city county officials school district and agencies including Alert OC Red Cross Coast Guard SDG&E and Capistrano Unified School District cover earthquake floods fires tsunamis and reunifying families.
