San Clemente resident Michael Berman, 36, creates designs for coin currency, collectors coins, medals, tokens and bullion. A freelance numismatic artist, he studied creative photography at Cal State Fullerton, graduated 2002, and found his niche after five years at a Seattle mint before moving to Orange County in 2010 for a similar role.
