District Attorney wont charge Capistrano coaches in kickback probe
Orange County DA announced no criminal charges against Capistrano Unified coaches tied to Lopes Athletic in Laguna Hills after an eight month probe found insufficient evidence of criminal intent or fund diversion. Among those terminated were Charles Biehn Brent Melbon and Eric Patton with others reprimanded. Patton and Biehn appealing.
