Outlets at San Clemente construction to begin March 31
Developer Steve Craig announced the start date of building a 100 million outlet center along I-5 between Avenida Vista Hermosa and Avenida Pico. The project plans a 580,000 square foot retail complex with a 129 room hotel. first 250,000 square feet expected to open in fall 2015 with 62 stores and six restaurants.
