Storms brought rain to the San Clemente coast but produced little surf and minimal erosion. City crews bulldozed sand to reinforce the beach and protect facilities, with large equipment on the shore from Nov 28 to Dec 1. Surf remains small through the week, and tides this weekend were mild.
