Washington February 2 The senate committee on interstate commerce reported an agreement to vote on three railroad rate bills the Deliver Clam p bill the Elkins bill and the Foraker bill on February 16. The measure with the most votes will be reported as the majority measure while the other two may be issued as minority reports.
President grants full pardon to Midshipman John Paul Miller of Kentucky following a hazing conviction at the Annapolis Naval Academy. The ruling erases punishment and restores Miller’s rights.
