A deed of assignment was filed in the county clerk's office for the benefit of creditors of Edward Kneeland & Co. B F Nicholson was named as assignee with bond of 1000 dollars and sureties A W Seeligson and Duval West. No asset schedule is given though an inventory will follow. The Kneeland firm operated a grocery at 113 Avenue C for about two years.
