Public hearing before the Water Quality Board on Edwards Protection Order changes is scheduled for 10 am October 19. The revised order adopts many proposals from the Edwards Task Force of the Alamo Area Council of Governments, but excludes the suggested stream quality standards for the recharge zone and keeps surveillance over streams and waste sources to protect Edwards Underground Reservoir water quality.
