Indianapolis Sept 23 Postmaster General New told the national association of postmasters that the postal budget will rise to about 1 000 090 000 yearly. He said revised rates for fiscal year 1926 will seek 638 860 009 for the service, 25 000 060 more than the present year. Receipts over the past three years topped 188 000 086, lifting total to 572 000 000.
