Circus Fans Prepare for 75 Attend Convention in San Antonio
Circus Fans association opens Saturday with 75 members expected. A Katy Texas special arrives Friday night for a pre-convention gathering at St Anthony hotel. Activities include sunrise breakfast, Randolph Field tour, an orga concert, luncheon at the Gunter, and a 2 p.m. session at St Anthony with Aliretto Collong and Vera Bruce to wed at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Gunter. Officers to be elected Sunday morning and closing session Monday morning before the Ringling Brothers show. Mary Hertzberg presides.

F M Bratcher was acquitted today of the murder of Deputy Sheriff Jon Daniels in the 1931 Rivarts clash during mine troubles. It was his third trial after prior hung juries for Daniels and Howard Jones. Bratcher faces further trials on charges in the same incident.

Third Man Dies in Bus Accident in New Jersey
Delaware. N. J. Sept. 16. B. Toronton, 55, Buffato, N. J., died today from injuries suffered in a bus accident yesterday that cost two other lives. The other two presumed identifiable victims are Miss Edna Hanka, 42, of the Bronx, N. Y., and Joseph Froelik, 24, of Chicago.

Mrs Emma Ezzell a blonde middle aged woman wept and admitted the testimony of a federal agent was correct Friday during shearing on charge. Mrs Hovell claimed responsibility for meals served to agents in a house across the street from her home. She cited three children for whom she could provide. Her Tina bond was fixed at $400.
