Navy Seaplane Chief Rodgers Accepts Washington Post
Commander John Rodgers, as Navy Seaplane PN-0 No. 1, will become assistant chief of the Bureau of Naval Aeronautics. He preferred sea duty with airplanes, but Secretary Wilbur publicly ordered obedience. Rodgers will return to San Diego then proceed to Washington aboard a battleship, per Admiral Robben.
