Commissioner Lambert seeks to move five buffaloes from Brackenridge park to a new pasture by using a temporary fence and nightly feeding. A safer approach may involve tame donkeys saddled for children on a Mountain Trail ride, with feeding pens near the road and a plan to open area trails through the rock quarry. The project hinges on constructing a cattle bear enclosure and related facilities, with one idea involving donkey-saddle demonstrations for visitors.
