The circus man Priddy of the ATG Marnes will be the principal speaker at the Kiwanis luncheon at the Goxter hotel Friday at noon. He will discuss The Other Side of the Circus with insights into the lives of people seen only on stage. Dr. Omer Roan is program chairman.
At Roses Point New York on September 13 authorities split ownership of 148 bottles of liquor and beer found in a private car returning from Canada. Flocent Firsfeld Mertrical producer and Dr Jerome Wagner of New York were named joint owners, with Wagner allegedly paying a $514 fine under a gentlemen's agreement. Customs officials noted the contraband entered the United States under joint ownership and referred the matter to further action.

Carlson, a bride of three months, was found dead in her home here last night by her husband, Brac Carlson, a local employee. Coroner RL Hyelings said she apparently had been dead ten or eleven hours when found and attributed the death to dependence on illness. Mrs. Carlson is said to have a nine year old living in Tree Werth and her mother in Trekhare.
An 18 year old youth, William Hetwingson of 110% Dawroo preces, Thurray, was injured after being struck by an auto at Chestnut and Commerce. Augustus Martin of Company A, Trents-thied Infantry, Cam Bean Hey, aided at the scene and the youth was taken to a hospital with injuries. The incident occurred late Wednesday as the car approached the corner and a pedestrian stepped from the curb.
In Los Angeles a trial jury heard brief glimpses of the romance between Russell St. Clair Beitzel and Barbara Mauger, the 19 year old Philadelphia girl linked to her disappearance on June 23. Women wept as witnesses testified about the couple and the picnic planned in Laurel Canyon. The last sighting occurred June 24 in Laurel Canyon.
