Crown Prince Sets Germany's Victory Idea as Holding Ground
The crown prince out lines that German victory means holding one’s own and avoiding vanquishment rather than annihilation. He says the war must be defensive, notes Allied forces’ material and human reinforcements, and calls Allied leadership weak except for American troops he says lack clear purpose.
