Will Use Old Concrete For New Paving Debate
Com missioner Kearney investigates complaints from Avenue C property owners about using old concrete for a new paving project. He says many savings come from reusing intact old concrete, estimating total yards at 17 903 with savings of 80 to 99 cents per yard. If concrete is damaged or too thin, it will be removed and replaced, potentially saving about 14 000 dollars overall.
