A Tamper Evident Ink and Secure Mail System
An inventor describes ink that runs with moisture to signal tampering. He also details a rail system using sealed envelopes and threaded ties to protect money parcels, ensuring any opening disrupts the seal and reveals tampering. A variant uses needle and thread for similar security.
