Texas House hears Gonzalez push to halt gas diversion contracts
Rep. Gonzalez urged Congress to back Texas Railroad Commission actions against Coastal States Gas Producing Co. Contracts divert about a quarter of expected gas sales to Natal Bus, San Antonio, and other customers. He asked Atty. Gen. Hill to block what he calls illegal deals until affected customers determine their rights.
