City Fights Over Gas Allocation as Texan Cities Clash
In Austin and San Antonio a fuel gas dispute pits the San Antonio Austin and Lower Colorado River Authority against Dallas Fort Worth and Texas utilities. The Texas Railroad Commission heard testimony on suspending La Vaca Gathering Co gas sales to newer customers and allocating gas to long term contracts. If no jurisdiction is found the case may go to court.
