The Energy Building will house 126000 square feet across eight stories with more than 5 million in leases already signed and ten more in process. Financing comes from San Antonio Bank and Trust First National City Bank of New York and National Life Insurance Company of Montpelier. First Mortgage Co of Texas acts as broker and servicing agent for permanent financing.
