Public Health Association Formed In San Antonio
San Antonio will host an October 29 meeting at the Chamber of Commerce to form the San Antonio Public Health association in cooperation with the Bexar County Medical Society and the Texas Anti Tuberculosis association. The group aims to combat disease, promote hospital care, and urge laws for prevention, with Tuberculosis Sunday and Health and Hospital Sunday leading community outreach. Governor Colquitt designates October 27 for Health and Hospital Sunday urging clergy to preach on health and hospital needs.
