Staver Six Cylinder Might Race In San Antonio Events
F D Schultze of San Antonio weighs plans to bring the Staver six cylinder racing car after it won the Newport Hill climb. The hill near Indianapolis hosts the Hoosier Automobile Club event, 1600 feet long with tight turns and a steep grade. The Staver set a record at 16 45 seconds about 70 mph, driven by D C Teeter, and is nearly new and untested for speed. If inducement is sufficient, Schultze will try to bring the machine to San Antonio.
