Abduction plan believed behind heiress kidnapping
Greenfield Mo Oct 15 Authorities say Mrs Alma Wilson McKinley heiress was kidnapped for ransom. Investigators believe abductors planned to seize her father Benton Wilson, a millionaire, and release her for 30000 after forcing her to write a note. The motor car became stuck in mud near Jarito Springs delaying the plan. The note was later found altered. Mrs McKinley released after hours of walking with her captor.
