Soldiers Hurt In Car Mishap Near Selma
Fr ELik.moese of Company 4 Sth infantry and Vi E. Morgan of Company KB 9th infantry were injured when their car overturned on the Austin highway near Selma. Besse received a severe concussion and Morgan suffered lacerations before hospital treatment. Police said the car left the roadway while returning from New Braunfels and was dented by a driverless car in San Antonio. The driver F L Holden, 47, also injured.

Berlin dispatch says German bombers dropped thousands of pounds of explosives on Tobruk in a daylight raid yesterday. Five defending planes were shot down. The attack damaged merchant ships totaling about 10,000 tons and two others were damaged in a raid at the Suez roadstead Sunday night.
