The newly elected county officers began their terms yesterday. Captain Thomas J Meet becomes county commissioner for Precinct No 2 and Mr Charles K Crew Cord is county commissioner for Precinct No 1. They took the oath of office in the courthouse and assumed seats for the first time. Sureties listed include Por McCay, William Torpel, Charles Zalumanaly for Crawford. Geo. R. Stumberg and Soha L Stivens for Stiver.
