Hillcrest Elementary will gain six classrooms and a cafeteria for 100000 dollars. Fenwick adds six rooms and a cafeteria around 75000 dollars, with Grant School about 85000 dollars.
A criminal district court jury will hear a policy indictment for the first time in years with trial set for December 1. D L Tipton indicted for keeping and exhibiting policy games along with Ly Neill E A Shifter and Richard A Schaller all of 2311 Broadway. Indictments allege the offense occurred October 4 as part of a policy gambling prosecution strategy.
