Halloween Night Quiet In San Antonio Police Report

San Antonio police said Halloween was unusually quiet with only one report of a foreign substance found in candy. An 11 year old found a pink capsule in candy in the 100 block of Ebbtide and turned it in. A window was broken at a service station on Culebra and a car window shattered at the Pasv a Del Rio Association offices on Presa.

Modern Halloween Pranks Reported Across Several States

Halloween mischiefs varied from barrel hoops injuring a man in Sault Ste Marie to vandalized porches in Dallas and a reported contaminated candy scare in Detroit. A 12 year old died in New York City from elevator glass injury while other incidents included stabbings in New Braunfels and a car crash caused by a truck sideview mirror.
