Mrs Rose Nellie Sykes was permanently enjoined from removing her two real sons from Texas to Detroit. Judge G Tayton signed the order on the father Eugene Nelle Jr’s request who alleged lack of proper medical care and violation of a divorce decree granting Nelle support and access. Sykes was married to Charles M Sykes, a real estate salesman, on March 2.
