Train wreck near Longview kills two enginemen
Associated Press reporting a Sunshine Special crash two miles southwest of Longview on Thursday night left two enginemen dead, several injured, and others possibly dying as the locomotive and three coaches plunged down a steep embankment. Names include engineers ELH Griffith 37 and Bee Tarbutton 65, with multiple injured passengers among traveling men.
