Leopold May Get Part of Holland
The Belgian king Leopold appears to have saved his throne by capitulating to Germany. Reports say Leopold may be allowed to continue as king if Germany wins the war, with speculation that the Flemish part of Belgium could join Holland to form a new kingdom. German sources say Leopold might rule from a castle in the Ardennes after surrendering and forming no civil government for a time.
