New York May 3 Volstead a 14 year old camel in Central Park is reported dead. The camel’s owner Mrs Volstead had long cared for the animal and children formed a strong bond with the beast. Attendants say Velstead refused to drink water and showed distress after the birth of its offspring. A veterinary exam indicated illness but details remain unclear.
