Wee Woodruff went fishing at Gonthic Pond on a clear Sunday. He hooked a pickerel about four feet long that pulled hard, dragging his gear and nearly pulling him in. After a half hour struggle he chased the fish waist deep, slipped, and fell. the pickerel fled toward the middle as Woodruff stood soaked.
