S A Observes International Good Will Day Program

San Antonians will observe International Good Will Day on Monday with an 8 o'clock meeting at the San Pedro Playhouse. Speakers will discuss disarmament, a topic raised by President Hoover, with Mrs Rens Maverick Green and others listed as speakers. Dr Hiram B Harrison will preside. The event notes the global scope of the Women's International League for the Promotion of Disarmament. The talk contrasts the $5.5 billion annual war budget with the astronomical scale of money missed if a debt were discarded since Christ’s birth.
