Arrested by Mexican officials south of the border, two Japanese nationals Rakichi Tanaka and Joe Doe Quimomoto also indicted.
Prohibition agents raided Capone's cotton club in Cicero for the second time in three days. They arrested Vernon Haller, the manager, after an altercation during which he struck an agent and knocked aside a highball containing the drink.
