Complaints Against Dairies Heard In City
San Antonio health officials report milk grading improving but few dairies high enough to meet demand. Eight dairies above 90, 18 between 75 and 90, 13 below 50 among 130 tested. Health officer Dr. W A King urges stricter sanitary code to shut down low graded dairies unless standards rise.
