Proposed Texas Constitutional Amendments on Bonds and Salaries
Abstract of two joint resolutions from the Texas Legislature. First proposes amending Section 52 of Article 3 to authorize counties cities and districts to issue bonds for public works including warehouses for agricultural products with a provision for a state warehouse commission. Second proposes adding Section 58 to Article 16 to fix salaries for state district county and precinct officers with the governor to set terms and compensation and an election in 1913.
