TMI Embraces Coed Growth and Expanded Curriculum
The school shifts toward modern trends while preserving military standards. TMI becomes coeducational admitting 12 women, expands academics with fine arts and drama, adopts a term system, and adds new faculty. It joins St. Luke's to form The Episcopal Campus of San Antonio, linking St. Luke's, The Middle School, and TMI into a K-12 program emphasizing college prep and Christian values.
