Charter for Musical Association Ready in San Antonio
The San Antonio Musical association charter has been sent to the secretary of state for approval and should reach President Theodore Harris soon. The group plans a spring festival featuring the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, with a large mixed chorus, to attract visitors and entertain the city. Officers include President Theodore Harris and Musical Director Carl Hahn, with a core board of well known citizens and benefactors. Membership costs 25 dollars, divided over five years, and the festival is scheduled for April 24 and 25 with a matinee on the 25th.
