Walter Enters GST Race For County Tax Assessor
R. Welter a former deputy tax collector announced as third candidate for county tax assessor in Bexar County. He joins Brogan and John Hieber in the race. Welter, a San Antonio veteran, has served as campaign manager for Representative Paul Bidey and as city deputy tax collector. He holds roles in Alzafar Shrine and Scottish Rite bodies and backs a $3 auto use fee and voting marines in the county.
