Two Suspects Sought in Deaf Teen Incident at Vermont Home
Police sought two men Friday in connection with a reported assault on an 18 year old deaf girl at a home in the 1190 block of Vermont. Through a sister, the girl said two men entered Thursday morning as she washed clothes. They offered money, forced her to disrobe, and subjected her to bodily harm. Suspects’ names were given to police.

Three San Antonio Officers Named to Task Force Unit
Three San Antonio police officers were named to the city county Organized Crime Task Force Unit which starts operations Monday. They are FE, BE, Clark and Manuel Ortiz, veteran narcotics detectives, and Dan Jens Kings, an intelligence bureau detective. The Melro Squad includes personnel from the sheriff's department and district attorney's office with Lt. Charles Doerr as unit commander.

Stabbing Victim Treated in San Antonio Hospital
A 32 year old San Antonio man with stab wounds to the chest hand and thigh was admitted at 1 a m to Bexar County Hospital in satisfactory condition. He was taken from his home at 243 E Halsache. A woman is sought for questioning in the stabbing.
