Frank Robertson TI Becomes Eagle Scout
Frank Robertson TI attained Scouting's highest rank Eagle Scout after joining Scouts about three and a half years ago with Boy Scout Troop 63. He serves as senior patrol leader at Matthews Methodist Church and is a junior at MacArthur High School. Robertson is the son of Lt and Mrs Frank Engle. The ceremony featured speakers Sam Hous fox District Commissioner A VY Casey Stangel.

Youths to Receive Free Polio and Measles Vaccines
About 75 007 Bexar County youths are slated to receive free polio and measles vaccines in a Sunday one day campaign. From noon to 4 p.m. vaccines will be given at 46 neighborhood centers across the city and county. Children up to age 9 should take the measles vaccine while the polio dose is for ages 1 through 39. Those who received the first polio dose on May 19 are asked to return for the second dose Sunday.

Convict seeks writ to overturn San Antonio conviction
The district court heard habeas corpus petitions from Theodore T. Malula claiming his 1964 San Antonio conviction for burglary tainted his rights.
