Torture Case Highlights Fostering Abuse Fraud Bid
In New York a 39 year old foster father Ermelingg Questell faced felony charges for alleged torture and abuse of his one year old foster daughter Carmen Vilella to support a compensation claim of 26000. Prosecutors call the case among the most atrocious frauds seen. The man claimed head injuries from plaster and sought damages while details reveal prolonged abuse including confinement and a palm burned with blazing paper. The hearing, held today, alleges a systematic torture after 1933 aimed to break the child’s mind to back the lawsuit.
