Levy German Grain Bill Sets 2.1 Million Tons for Delivery
Berlin June 18 The reichstag adopted a bill requiring compulsory delivery of 2,100,000 tons of grain from this year’s harvests. Dicky Dippy's Diary Improvised Stock Tangle
A fragmented diary entry notes Topking ahead and a bank director cashier buying a new high power car. It hints at the president's plight and years of effort to keep pace. The tone suggests a personal, reflective column with obscure references and possible satire.
