Picnic Wagon Hit by Switch Engine Kills One In Muskogee
A farm wagon carrying a picnic party in Muskogee Oklahoma was struck by a Midland Valley Railroad switch engine. Mrs. Alice Cox was killed and J H Collins and Anna Collins fatally injured. Mamie Collins and Torrey Crawford hospitalized with injuries. Two others hurt slightly. Ten people were in the wagon at the time of impact.

Dr Fielding Injured As Car Skids North Of San Antonio
Dr Frederick J Fielding and two passengers were thrown from a car when it skidded on a depressed road north of San Antonio, overturning 15 to 20 feet off the highway. Fielding has spinal injuries but is not in serious condition. the others suffer leg and collarbone fractures and scalp wounds. All were taken to Santa Rosa hospital and were resting late Saturday. An X ray to assess Fielding’s injuries is planned Sunday.
